The Full Council of Lorca unanimously adopted a motion of the Mayor, Francisco Jodar why cash is his personal commitment to make the neighbors including against their will in the planning agreement and Velillas Turbintos hamlet of Puri by the previous municipal government, the PSOE.
Local groups have adopted, therefore, expressly excluded plots of 23 neighboring properties and businesses of Plan's urban Adequacy Special SUZE Huerta in the deputation of Puri and Velillas Turbintos place.
The text of the motion points out that "these parcels are not included in any sectorization or figure of urban management approach or without any express wish of the owners signed."
Finally, it is contemplated that these properties remain the urban classification they were before this agreement while continuing to use that develop in the same in accordance with the General Plan Municipal Management.
The Town Planning Councillor, Francisco García, has stressed that "in this way, this Municipal government team solves a problem that others created by neighbors, not to have the opinion of all the owners of the area where they wanted to develop the agreement ".
