The City Council is committed to improving the processing of administrative records with the launch of a new and faster service cadastre (04/03/2009)

The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar has signed today with the Chief Territorial Cadastre in Murcia, Justo Parejo Pablos, a ce collaboration agreement to improve and expedite the processing of records related to the Cadastre.

This is an agreement that aims at the collaboration between the General Directorate of Land Registry, through the Regional Management of the Cadastre of Murcia, Lorca and the City Council to exercise the functions of cadastral management.

The mayor explained that under this agreement are delegated the powers of processing and approval of cadastral records of legal changes, such as transfers of ownership, for urban and rural real estate.

This delegation includes, among others, receipt of documentation and assistance to taxpayers in completing cadastral alterations statements concerning urban and rural real estate, and the formalization of the requirements q may be appropriate to the performance of the functions instruction delegated disciplinary procedures resulting from the lack of attention to these requirements.

The City Council also is now a delegate for the correction of clerical errors, the adoption of agreements on change of ownership to occur and the resolution of the internal appeals.

The agreement between the city council and the Land Registry also contemplates that the City will be responsible for receiving and recording of documentation and assistance to taxpayers in filling in the statements of cadastral changes under this agreement.

Also deal with the verification of the documentation relating to physical or economic data of real estate reported as well as conducting field work if necessary.

Also deal with the recording of changes in the physical, legal and economic in the cadastral database.

In this sense, the City Council made the recording of all information relating to records of changes in physical and economic order processed, so you will have access to telematics to the computer systems of the Directorate General for Cadastre.

To monitor the implications of this agreement, both institutions will form a joint commission to monitor and control which will consist of 3 members from each party, and will be chaired by the Manager and will meet on a regular annual basis.
