Tomorrow the XV edition of Expoflora-Lorca (05/03/2009)

Tomorrow Friday, March 6, at 17.30, opens the fifteenth edition of Expoflores-LORCA, it is open to professionals and the general public until Sunday, 8, uninterrupted schedule from 10 am to 8 night at the fairgrounds in Santa Quiteria.

It is envisaged that in addition to the Mayor of Lorca and the neighboring towns of Puerto Lumbreras and Eagles, attend the opening ceremony the Minister of Agriculture and Water, Antonio Cerda.

As a new feature, EXPOFLORES-LORCA'09, houses, at the request of the interested parties, the First National Forum FLORISTERIA PROFESSIONALS, to be held on Sunday, 8, from 11.30 am to 14 pm in the matters to be discussed more interest for the better development of its mission and the future, both professional, labor, commercial and artistic.

This forum is open to florists, traders, producers and all those who have some relation to the sector.

Until the time of its inception, may apply to participate without compensation other than the desire to attend.

EXPOFLORES-LORCA'09 achieved international status this year with the celebration of XXV EUROPEAN CONGRESS Bonsai and Suiseki, a suggestion put forward at the time of professionals and amateurs of this ancient art and has the Honorary Presidency of His Majesty King Juan Carlos I.

More than 500 pieces of both approaches will be exhibited to the admiration of the audience, from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia, South Africa, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Monaco, Poland, San Marino, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and Lithuania.

Spain also will be exhibited bonsai suisekis Murcia from various provinces including pieces of our regional capital, Cartagena, Molina de Segura and Lorca.

Congress has scheduled workshops, competitions, including the New Talent, and demonstrations to take place and suiseki bonsai masters, as recognized worldwide as the Liporace Salvatore Italian, English, Kevin Wilson, Frenchman François Jeker, Japan Takeo Kawabe Spanish and David Benavente, Erasmo Garcia and Luis Vallejo, won the highest award the country Japan "Rising Sun" for his knowledge, dedication and promotion of bonsai.
