The Councillor for Culture and Celebrations of the City of Lorca, Rosa Medina, announced this morning that the People's University of Lorca, with the help of the Federation of Popular Universities (FEUP) has arranged for this afternoon, starting at 18: 00 hours, at the Cultural Center of the City, a Festival of Learning dedicated to women of all ages.
