City Council and Youth Council are committed to the revitalization of Uptown (09/07/2009)

This is a pilot proposal whose programming is geared to the enjoyment of leisure and free time in the barrios of San Pedro, San Juan, Santa Maria, Calvary and St. Lazarus.

It was designed by the citizens of these areas and includes dancing, flamenco, bike paths and a photo exhibition.
