The Spokesman of the Government Team of the City of Lorca, Lali Ibarra, has approved the final award to a Joint Venture Company based in Lorca amounting
1.183.200 Euros, IVA incluído, el contrato relativo a las obras de construcción del edificio que albergará el Centro de Atención a la Mujer, de la Calle Cava, previsto en el Plan de Inversión Municipal del Consistorio lorquino (PIMUN).
Esta obra, que conservará la fachada original del edificio, está subvencionada en su mayor parte por el Instituto de la Mujer de la Región de Murcia.
También se ha dado luz verde a la adjudicación definitiva por la cantidad de 152.746,33 Euros del contrato relativo a las obras de arreglo del Camino Rural Carrascas de Soto en la diputación de Béjar, dentro del convenio con la Comunidad Autónoma del Plan de Barrios y Pedanías.
El Gobierno Municipal ha acordado también subvencionar al Colegio de Educación Infantil y Primaria “Alfonso X El Sabio†para adecuación de nueva Biblioteca del centro.

Lighting and security in the September Fair
The Local Government has provisionally awarded the contract for the works of extraordinary lighting installation to be performed during the festivities of Lorca 2009 in the amount of 28,998.71 euros.
In the same vein, it has started the record for awarding the contract for the surveillance and security in the development of fair and municipal parties in September 2009, within the enclosure to complement the work of the Local Police, Civil Protection and Forces and State Security, basic tender price of € 69,591.81, including VAT.
Selection of teachers to improve the training of Lorca
Local Government Board has approved the basis for selection of a master for the teaching of different areas of Basic Training Initial Vocational Training Programme, Workshop Professional mode, so as to allow the selection of two teachers for the project PAIDOS.
Similarly, the bases have been approved for selection by public announcement of an Administrative and support staff to draft Urban Initiative for the Barrios Altos de Lorca.
Similarly, procurement has been agreed for the Project Monitor PROEMPLEO-LORCA III, for the training "Assistant Children's Learning Center, which is part of the Training and Employment Plan of the City Council in collaboration with the Regional Government .

Finally, it has approved the transfer of medieval documents of the Municipal Archives of Lorca for the exhibition "On the other side" to be held in the Archaeological Museum.
