REQUEST:
As we know, the Palacio de Villaescusa de Lorca houses within its premises from the municipal statistics found collapsed several years ago.
We have seen various reports of the many citizens who have to endure long lines and excessive waiting time for obtaining a municipal certificate of registration simple.
In addition, the waiting area has no right conditions, citizens have to endure the weather under a veneer of Uralita for several hours.
For these reasons, please be conditioned properly the waiting areas and that the procedure must enable any staff or technical resources to ease the waiting time for citizens.
