Last Saturday kicked off the seminar series of water activities organized by the Municipal Sports and Games with the Swimming Club Lorca.
Sports Complex facilities Europa brings together 45 scholars and practitioners of the aquatic environment of the Region of Murcia to attend the first of the seminars, Aquagym.
A success response and participation.
Among the topics highlighted the work of fitness and health in the aquatic environment, the development of circuits with material strength and endurance, and relaxation techniques such as Watsu.
With this initiative, both the Swimming Club as IMJUDE Lorca wanted to examine the contents of the various programs offered at the pool and provide the instructors and specialists in water activity of knowledge and technical resources necessary to meet the learning process with the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Lorca thus reverts to refer to local and regional level sports training.
Remember that in the training area IMJUDE intends to implement in the near future the course of Aquatic Lifesaving and Volleyball Coach Level 1.
