The Spokesman of the Government Team of the City of Lorca, Lali Ibarra, has reported a provisional award of works to improve infrastructure and services in 33 streets in the districts of the city, including the Municipal Investment Plan lorquino Consistory (PIMUN'09).
These works along with the burial container, which has also been awarded today, will involve an investment of 1,560,533.68 euros.
The drainage improvement works, paving and other services of these streets in the neighborhoods of San Cristóbal, San Pedro, San Juan, St. Mary and St. Lazarus had a cost of 1,370,553.68 euros from the Plan's Basic Infrastructure Autonomous Region for the Comprehensive Plan Barrios Altos (Pibal).
Specifically, the Bureau of Contracts awarded reform Sandoval crossing streets, given at the Cañada de Animas, Zamora, Cherry, Safe, Safe Passage, Rodriguez, Rio Cinca, Oliver, Oliver, crossing Mecca, Mecca Street Crossing-Tello, Fuster and Ibanez del Barrio San Cristobal.

Final award of the works of local extension office of The Wire
In another vein, the Board of Governors approved the final award to a company Lorca, amounting to 118,610 euros, the local works of social extension of hearing provided for in PIMUN.
Thanks to these works, the municipality of Lorca, with the collaboration of the Autonomous Community, will expand into a new plant of 520 m2 the local office of The Wire.
The Civic Center will be split to accommodate groups of the parish, implement all security measures, ramps, emergency doors and an elevator for disabled.
More excavations for the Archaeological Park of the castle
Finally, the Local Government commission has approved the execution of the works of archaeological excavation of the eastern sector of Lorca Catillo in the price of € 31,863.8, and technical direction thereof, in the amount of € 17,980 for the creation of an archaeological park in the Castle.
This investment comes from the Tourism Promotion Plan of Lorca, funded by the City Council, the Government of Spain and the Regional Government, and is in addition to one already made in the same environment for Lorcatur worth 30,000 euros.
Lali Ibarra concluded by noting that "today is an important day for Lorca, because the Local Government Board held this morning approved the award of projects worth about seven million euros, which will not only continue to transform the town with the increase of services to citizens, but continue to contribute to the economic revitalization of the municipality and create jobs. "
