PRELIMINARIES

CONSIDERATIONS ON STATE ADMINISTRATION
The PSOE de Lorca consider that the first phase of Plan E, worth 8,000 million euros for all municipalities in the country, has led to increased mobilization of public resources to the municipalities in the history of democracy.

REGIONAL MANAGEMENT CONSIDERATIONS
