Angel Meca has stressed that these new lights are added to the recently released operating in the Camino de Las Palmeras, La Gaspara and La Torre, through the Municipal Investment Plan (PIMUN'09), with funding from the Regional Government and Ayuntamiento de Lorca.
Councilman Works and Services of the Municipality of Lorca, Angel Mecca, opened this evening at 20:00 hours on the road lighting Castle House council of El Campillo, where thanks to the Municipal Investment Plan of the Consistory (PIMUN'09 ) have installed 36 new points of light.
Mecca has stressed that in this new infrastructure has been invested 38,500 euros, thanks to an agreement between the Regional Government and the city of Lorca to carry out works in neighborhoods and districts.
Alderman pointed out that these new lights are added to the recently released operating in the Camino de Las Palmeras, La Gaspara and La Torre, also a 90% co-financed by the Autonomous Region and 10% for the municipal coffers.
In addition, the council has stressed that these new luminaries will join them soon others in El Campillo, which will be inaugurated by the Directorate General of Highways of the Autonomous Region in the Wood Road Bridge.
Angel Meca has emphasized the significant investment effort is being made by the Consistory Lorca, by order of Mayor Francisco Jodar as Executive Ramon Luis Valcarcel, to improve services for residents of the districts, while the economy becomes more dynamic creating employment.
