One year the Municipal Sports and Games Association in conjunction with Lorca - Santiago launches a new edition of the "Bike and Nature", including in the area "Activities in the natural environment."
Next Sunday will be January 17 after the first scheduled routes: Lorca - Torrealvilla - Zuniga - Swamp Bridge - Lorca, over a distance of 40 km, having scheduled to depart at 9:00 am from the sports complex Europe.
Registration can be done in the office or by calling 968466130 IMJUDE until next Friday on January 16 at 14:00.
The rest of the routes planned for 2010 are:
2 .- Path: Lorca - San Juan de los Terreros.
February 7
3 .- Path: Lorca - Caravaca.
Holy Year pilgrimage.
March 21.
4 .- Path: Zarzadilla de Totana - Coy.
April 25
5 .- Path: Lorca - House Churches.
June 5.
6 .- Path: Lorca - The PRADICAN - Lorca.
June 20.
On all routes will be given a light lunch with fruit, water and sweet, except the last route that will give a luncheon at the Hermitage PRADICAN based on local produce.

For those involved in five of the six routes the organization will deliver a gift to retire at the offices of IMJUDE upon completion of routes.
Remember that routes do not have a competitive nature and other leisure - recreational, and these will be mandatory to wear a bicycle helmet and meet the minimum conditions of security.
This program is included within the area "Activities in the Natural Environment" Program 2010, designed from the IMJUDE.
The aim is to promote and encourage physical activity and health in contact with the natural environment, while we explain the wide range of possibilities, places and environments for the practice of this sport in the Shire Guadalentín all in a recreational context, social and educational.
