The Minister of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana, today laid the foundation stone of the new Point of Care for Children (EPI) lorquina hamlet of La Paca, which may be served a total of 41 children between four months and three years.
The center, located in the Glen of the cistern, has a total construction budget of 408,080 euros, of which the Ministry of Social Policy funded 300,000, while the remaining amount for the site of the building, is provided by the City Council Lorca.
The building has a floor area of almost 350 square meters and is divided into three classrooms in which they attend to the babies of varying ages, and other premises for multi-purpose room, playground and toilets.
The start of the PAI de La Paca will create ten new jobs for kindergarten teachers, educators and teachers, and will have operating hours from 6:00 to 22:00, Monday to Saturday 12 months of the year.
