Lorca Castle has received over 4,000 visitors over two days in which Lorca Taller del Tiempo has held the "Medieval Market".
This new activity proposed by Lorca Taller del Tiempo, inside the Fortress of the Sun, a pioneer in the Murcia Region has enjoyed wide acceptance.
8 and 9 June, visitors, mostly foreigners and residents in the Region of Murcia, enjoyed a unique medieval experience that combined the different activities as a vibrant medieval market, children's workshops, falconry, horseback pony, exhibitions in the castle towers and reservoirs, troubadours and medieval characters.
It should also be noted that two of our visitors paid off with a Maravedí so we were treated to a special gift that included the "friend card @ de Lorca Taller del Tiempo", which allows visitors to enjoy for a whole year of our facilities for free, and other memorabilia.
The day of the Region of Murcia was that concentrated the most hits during the morning and even during the afternoon and evening, the two trains were running and formed long lines that had not been seen in the castle from the day of San Clemente last year.
