This is one of the resolutions adopted at the meeting this morning of the Local Government Board, a session that have been awarded work involving a total investment exceeding 1.2 billion euros
The Secretary of the Local Government of the City of Lorca, José Joaquín Peñarrubia, has informed that the Local Government Board has approved the final award of the works of the rock mass stabilization of the castle of Lorca, for the protection and conservation heritage and landscape.
This is a work that has an investment of 575,000 euros and has a deadline of three months, so it is expected to be completed, if there are no unexpected significance for the second half of next September.
His start is planned for the coming weeks.
José Joaquín Pñarrubia stressed that the achievement of this work was attended by a total of 15 companies from different Spanish geographical locations as Madrid, Lleida, Granada, Almeria, Granada and Alicante, among others.
Provisionally awarded the refurbishment of the Civic Center of Alfonso X and the installation of underground containers in the Avenue of the Armed Forces
The Secretary of the Local Government Board has indicated that Local Government has provisionally awarded the rehabilitation and upgrading of the old nursery of "Colegio Alfonso X El Sabio" to the Civic and Cultural Center.
Ibarra recalled that since the meeting of the JGL of March 18 was given a free hand and the project specifications on this work of improvement.
The project represents an investment of 311,418 euros, and the work has been awarded by a final amount of 292,733 euros.
To carry out this work have been a total of 22 companies from the Region of Murcia, Almeria and La Coruna.
Peñarrubia has indicated that they have been provisionally awarded the works of installation of underground containers for selective collection of municipal waste in the Armed Forces Avenue.
We're talking about a project that includes the investment of an amount of 328,454 euros and will be run by a company Lorca.
The Tenders Committee of this project received proposals from 19 companies to carry out this work, which came from Madrid, Murcia, Salamanca, Alicante and La Coruña.
Approve security plans for works in La Campana, Pozo Higuera and Zarcilla
The JGL has also approved the health and safety plans for the refurbishment of mojaquera road, street and road parallel tank in La Campana, as well as concerning the fitting of parallel to the MU-620 and green zone crossing Higuera Well, installation of mailboxes in several districts of Lorca and the project to adapt Citizen Service Center in Palm Zarcilla.
