The deputy spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Marisol Sánchez Jódar has announced that they will demand the Mayor at the next Plenary to clarify what destination he plans to give to housing in the neighborhood of San Fernando that remained the property of the City Council and the Autonomous Community.
Sánchez Jódar reports that there are many citizens of Lorca interested in the use and destination of the 73 homes that were owned by the City of Lorca and the Autonomous Community after the process of reconstruction of the neighborhood of San Fernando.
Specifically, it refers to the 59 that are owned by the City of Lorca and 14 of the Autonomous Community.
The mayor points out that this interest is added to the doubts and concerns, including the rest of the owners of the houses that are in the process of reconstruction, so it is time, he assures, that the Mayor clarifies what use he plans to give and what procedure will be used to assign these houses, now that, according to the latest forecasts of the Popular Party, the reconstruction of the neighborhood enters its final phase.
Once known the use that the Mayor has planned to give these homes, the PSOE calls for the selection process to be "public and transparent" and in its management have "light and stenographers" to ensure "equality and maximum information" to all citizens who are interested in opting to one of these homes.
