The delegate Councilor of Limusa, Juan Francisco Martinez, has reported that the City plans to make available to all Lorca during the month of September a new service through a simple APP to use the parking areas regulated by the Parking Regulatory Ordinance (PRAY)

The Edil de Limusa explained that for this purpose a contract was signed by the municipal company last February, in such a way that it will be the recognized e-park firm, with experience in many municipalities in Spain, which will be will take charge of carrying out this project.

We must emphasize that this is a totally free initiative for both users who choose to download the App on their own mobile phones, as for the City Council, since it is the promoter that obtains the economic resources through the insertion of advertising.

In fact, this new mechanism is still in the testing phase, while reconciling the compatibility between the terminals of the ORA controllers and the telematics system itself.

Martínez Carrasco explained that thanks to this service users will only pay the time they really need, saving more to pay for not having change, while offering the possibility of extending the duration of the ticket from anywhere if more time is needed.

We are talking about a very practical, operational and modern resource, which, in addition, does not affect management costs when parking or recharging the balance, unlike other App that charge commissions to the citizen that are around 10%.

El Edil de Limusa has stated that in this way only the tariff approved in the municipal ordinance is paid, just as it is paid at any parking meter.

The controllers of the regulated parking areas enter the registration of the registered user through their APP in their respective PDA terminals, they connect with e-park and visualize the data of the ticket that has been obtained.

The App, in addition to obtaining the ticket, allows cancellation of complaints for breach in the reference area.
