Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group for the precautionary suspension of the control measures for access to the Calnegre creeks and for the renovation of the RM-D8, RM-D21 and RM-D4 (Mesillo) roads linking the districts of Campo López, Morata and Ramonete.
This motion has been amended at the proposal of the Mayor, changing to the following agreements:
1) "Give an account to the City Council in plenary session of the motion of the Lieutenant Mayor of the Environment approved by the Local Government Board today, for which reason the CARM is urged to the resolution of mutual agreement of the Convention dated 06/08/2018, and also urges the precautionary suspension of the current access control measures.
Give an account of the resolution signed by the Director General of the Natural Environment of the Ministry of Employment, Universities, Business and Environment, in which the first Point 3 of the Order of this Ministry of June 20, 2018 is revoked, regarding the operation of the control device, maintaining the control and surveillance that allow the summer visits to the beaches to be compatible with the conservation of natural resources and the promotion of their natural wealth, avoiding their deterioration ".

Second: That the City of Lorca enable spaces / study rooms outside the usual schedule according to the budget availability of this local administration.

An amendment has been submitted by the Popular Party whose agreement states: "That the Government Team continue with the necessary procedures for the constitution of the District Boards attending the results of the municipal elections and in the budget for the following year be endowed the percentage that it deems appropriate from 2% indicated in the regulation ".

Motion of the Municipal Group of IU-Green for the establishment of a map of odoriferous pollution and the decrease of its environmental impact in Lorca.
An amendment has been agreed that contemplates the following agreements:
First: The City of Lorca will conduct a study on odor pollution to determine the sources of emission and start the corresponding intervention, depending on budget availability,
Second: The City of Lorca, considering the conclusions of the study, will develop, if necessary, a municipal ordinance in order to regulate this type of pollution in the atmosphere and ensure the welfare of the neighbors.
