Both formations require explanations to the Mayor before the increase of the neighborhood complaints regarding the distribution of means and aid for the celebration of popular celebrations in the different districts and districts of our city.
Diego José Mateos and Antonio Meca, spokespersons of the PSOE and Citizens in the City of Lorca have registered a letter requesting the issuance, for the next plenary session, of reports with which to know in detail the payments made and pending regarding the subsidies that The City Council grants the parties in neighborhoods and districts.
Both formations emphasize that it has become evident the existence of numerous complaints regarding the distribution of media and aid for the celebration of popular festivals in the different neighborhoods and districts, so it is urgent that the Mayor offers explanations to clarify "palmaria" this issue.
This petition, signed by the eight councilors of the PSOE and Citizens, therefore has the backing of a third of the Municipal Corporation, which obliges the Mayor to issue these reports.
Specifically, PSOE and Citizens have requested reports with which the PP government team detail the relationship of recognized obligations as well as those payments made and those pending for the parties of neighborhoods and districts during the periods 2016, 2017 and first semester of 2018, specified for each neighborhood or parish subsidies granted to neighborhood associations or festivals commissions, the concession of tents, stages, sound equipment, portable toilets, displacement municipal band bus and chairs, as well as other specific expenses in popular parties.
