Citizens presented on August 9 a letter addressed to Mr. Mayor requesting the annulment of the call published in the BORM on July 27, 2018 to cover the position of treasurer of this City Council by the system of free designation, that is, to finger.
Antonio Meca recalls that "this letter of objection has not yet been answered by this City Council."
Subsequently, on August 15, the call to cover this position was published in the BOE, maintaining the same system of free designation.
Based on this administrative silence and considering that the procedure followed could be irregular because the free designation to elect a national rating official is not justified, "we have filed an optional recourse against the bases of this call requesting its cancellation by to be contrary to law ", points out the Councilor for Citizens who has also requested" that the list of jobs be reviewed ex officio, establishing the legality in the matter of free designations and defining the selection of posts of national habilitation officials within the ordinary system of the state contest ".
