Antonio Navarro claims in the meeting of the employment table measures to ensure full transparency in the recruitment processes for municipal companies, and that the Lorca City Council plans a training offer based on the real demands of the business sectors of the municipality
The councilor of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Antonio Navarro has claimed during the meeting of the local employment table, held this morning, more transparency in the processes of selection of personnel in municipal companies (Aguas de Lorca and Limusa), as well as the adequacy of the public offer of training according to the real demands of the business sectors of the municipality.
Navarro has proposed that, in the face of personnel selection processes in public companies of the City of Lorca, the calls have a registration period of at least one month to ensure maximum publicity and knowledge by potential applicants .
Similarly, he has once again demanded that a specific syllabus be defined for each test, that the questions on the exam be on the agenda and that the choice of topics be made "by lot" just before the tests.
In this regard, the mayor has raised during the celebration of this roundtable "why not draw the questions publicly, so that participants are eyewitnesses of this draw."
Similarly, it has once again insisted on the need that in the selection process, the personal interview should be given a "symbolic" score so that these selection processes are "more objective".
As for the training offer, the PSOE has once again claimed that it is suited to the real demands of the business fabric.
Otherwise, it ensures that we will continue to have long curricula but no possibility of working on what they have been able to do.
In this sense, Navarro has raised "what demand for employment in the municipality have the wide range of training on horse artificial insemination, or on horses' basic hardware", in relation to the courses promoted by the Department of employment.
The mayor doubts that this training serves so that these unemployed can find a job related to that training.
Judging by the promoted courses, Navarro doubts that the City of Lorca has proof of the demand for trained workers to increase the supply of training in these sectors, so he has asked the consistory to increase the tasks to know which sectors are those that they demand the labor of trained workers to, on the basis of this, plan a much more guaranteed training offer.
