The Mayor of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, chaired this morning the ordinary session of the Plenary Session of the City Council for the month of September.
The points addressed and the result of their corresponding votes has been as follows:

Approval of the minutes of the previous session.
Approved unanimously.
2-.
Declaration of breach of the social function of the property and initial approval of the expropriation project for breach of the social function of the property quota in the "Don Álvaro" building on the Granada highway.
Approved unanimously.
3-.
Approval of the General Account of the year 2017. Approved by 12 votes in favor (PP) and 11 against (PSOE, IU and C's).
4-.
On final approval of the management project of the Public Urban Transport Service of Travelers of Lorca.
Approved by 17 votes in favor (PP, IU and C's) and 8 abstentions (PSOE).
5-.
Joint motion of all the Municipal Groups on the application for the inclusion of Lorca in the Network of Jewish Quarters.
Approved unanimously.
6-
Motion of the Municipal People's Group on the rise of Diesel taxation.
Approved by 14 votes in favor (PP and C's) and 11 abstentions (PSOE and IU).

Joint motion of all the Municipal Groups on the demands of the AMPA of the Special Education School "Pilar Soubrier".
Approved unanimously.
8-.
Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group on various improvement actions in the Ramonete Village.
Approved after amendment submitted by PP by 14 votes in favor (PP and C's) and 11 against (PSOE and IU).

Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group to improve vehicle parking conditions and the recovery of parking spaces eliminated after the urban regeneration works of Alameda de Cervantes.
Approved the points 1 and 2 after amendment presented by PP by 17 votes in favor (PP, IU and C's) and 8 abstentions.
Approved point 3 unanimously.

Joint motion of the Municipal Socialist Groups and Citizens-Party of the Citizenship for the regulation of the economic and material contribution that the City of Lorca grants for the organization of the Parties of Districts and Districts.
Withdrawn by the proponent groups.

Motion of the Municipal Group of IU-Verdes about Lorca poets, literary route in the city and Lorca potters.
Approved unanimously.

Motion of the Municipal Group of IU-Verdes on improvement of municipal attention in the town of Puntas de Calnegre.
