The deputy spokeswoman of the Municipality of Lorca, Fátima Mínguez, has expressed that the Municipal Council is pleased that the "absurd effort" of the PSOE in going to the ordinary courts has served for the courts to confirm that the documentation protected by the Organic Law of Data Protection (LOPD) has to be respected.
In fact this sentence gives us the reason, since it ratifies that it is not possible to contribute the information protected by the LOPD, something that we already said last May 16th.
However, Mr. Mateos has obsessed absurdly in going to a dispute, when he knew perfectly well that he was going to deliver the documentation.
For this reason, only part of what he asked for has been estimated, which is the same as we already told him that we were going to deliver him.
We must remember that the PSOE has had access to the complete file as many times as they wanted.
I wish we had had this facility and collaboration when his party exercised power in Lorca.
This Mr, in any case, has to clarify who intends to pass "tapadillo" the documentation to which he will have access in his capacity as councilor, since he said he would deliver it to "trained people", an expression that evidences its intention to pass it on to third parties, outside the City Council, in violation of the Law. If they are as committed as they say with transparency, clarify who they are hiding and why.
