According to the provisions of the Law on Subsidies and Decree 68/2011, which regulates the aid for the repair and reconstruction of houses affected by earthquakes in Lorca, on August 16, 2016, it prescribed the right of the Community Autonomous to claim the reimbursement of this aid.
This marriage had six months to present invoices and proof of payment since the works were completed.
From that moment, they began to compute the four years of the prescription.
For this reason, for more than two years, the regional government has no right to demand absolutely nothing from those affected.
"The allegations and the unresolved recourse that they have raised have not been of any use, nor the steps that we have learned that have been made from the municipal government team when the order of urgency arrived, or that an inspector has corroborated that they spent the help money to fix your house, "explained Martín.

Those affected have not received prior notice from the Tax Agency nor the notification of the garnishment procedure in which they must be informed of the legal mechanisms to challenge it.
"They have simply put their hands in their savings and have collected money that CARM no longer has the right to claim," said Martín.
The mayor of IU-Greens said that the mood of the more than 400 members of the Platform affected by the return of aid "are on the floor."
"There are neighbors who do not have payroll because they are unemployed, or enough money in their bank accounts, so they fear that the autonomous government of the PP proceed to seize their homes," he explained.
