The Councilor for Sports of the City of Lorca, Juan Miguel Bayonas, has announced the agenda of activities of the 40th Guadalentín Sports Games for this weekend in which highlights the celebration of Fitness Day and the award ceremony of the II CREASPORT contest.

The mayor has detailed that "the program will offer us Friday the delivery of the II CREASPORT International Contest that will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the Cajamurcia Culture Classroom, in which 35 collections of photographs, 140 stories and 28 short films of Countries such as Uruguay, Argentina, Ecuador, Uganda, Israel, Russia, France and Spain During the awards ceremony, all short films will be screened, and the public can vote for their favorite to award their own prize. "

Bayonas has announced that "the popular test of the weekend will be the Fitness Day that we will celebrate on Sunday from 10:00 in the Plaza de Calderón.Through this activity we take to the street the best of the directed activities of fitness , allowing to know different disciplines that are developed in the Sports Complex Felipe VI.From 10 to 11 hours there will be spinning, installing for it 40 static bicycles.From 11 to 11.30 hours the Intensity Training activity will be developed, ending the programming with the session , between 11.30 am and 12 noon, of sevillanas, which are so popular for these days of the Fair, and which will be a new activity that will be added to the Felipe VI catalog starting in October, inscriptions will be made there before the tests and they are free, in addition the participants will opt for the draw of gifts as sports material and bonuses for Felipe VI ".

On the other hand, Bayonas recalled that "the deadline to register for the Mountain Crossing that will take place on the weekend of October 6 and 7 is still open. This year there are four journeys in which we can register:

-Travesía Larga: travel between 20-25 km.

-Travesía Corta: about 12-15 km.

-Family Crossing: easier crossing in terms of technical level and physical demand, between 5-7 km., Especially indicated to families.

-Travelling of Initiation: crossing for beginners with route of 5-7 km.
