The tournament will be valid for obtaining GM, IM, WGM, WIM and computable standards for ELO FIDE and FEDA, in addition the Chief Referee will send the Official Tournament Report to FEDA and FIDE.
In addition, it includes a Tournament A (Open) valid for obtaining international standards GM, IM, WGM, WIM and computable for ELO FIDE and FEDA, and a B Tournament for fans with ELO less than 2,000.
The inscriptions, which will be open until Tuesday, December 25, have a cost of € 45 for players in general, € 40 for those who belong to the Chess Federation of the Region of Murcia, € 35 for sub 16 category and of the Lorca Chess Club.
Participation will be free for those players with more than 2350 ELO FIDE.

The Festival will begin on Wednesday, December 26 at 4:00 pm with the accreditation of all the participants, the first round will begin at 5:00 pm.
On Thursday, the second round will be played in the morning, and the third in the afternoon.
Friday will be the turn of the fourth round, in the morning, and the fifth, afternoon.
For Saturday will be the sixth and seventh round, on Sunday, the eighth and ninth, at the end will be the closing and the awards ceremony.
Among the outstanding players of this seventh edition of the Festival will be the Moldovan Dmitry Svetushkim, Grandmaster 2013, who has achieved 2,605 ELO FIDE points until November of this year.
Cuban player Renier Vázquez Igarza, Olympic player with the Spanish National Team, Grandmaster 2007, and with an accumulated 2,570 ELO FIDE points at December 2018 will also be present. The prizes will be € 1,500 for the first classified, € 1,000 for the second and € 700 for the third.
