The Commercial Court number 1, in its ordinary procedure 466/2018, has admitted to processing the appeal that was forced to present the Socialist Party against the Mayor and his PP government team for the lack of information and transfer of prior documentation to the Board of Directors of Limusa.

Documentation that the spokesman of the PSOE, Diego José Mateos requested, previous to the celebration of the Board of Directors in which the approval of several processes of selection of personnel of the municipal company of Limusa was voted.

The agreement to approve these personnel selection processes, to which Diego José Mateos opposed and voted against for not having the information requested, went ahead with the sum of the votes in favor of the Popular Party and the United Left, and the votes against PSOE and Citizens.

"We can not vote in favor after the doubts that arose when we did not want to give us access to the information we asked for," he reiterates.

"We believe that recourse to justice should be the last thing, that's why we are willing to withdraw this remedy if the Mayor rectifies and decides to give us access and consultation to these files, if there is nothing to hide, we do not understand why they do not leave us," reiterates
