Mateos will keep his appeal in the Court against the Board of Directors of Limusa to demand each and every one of the documents on the personnel selection processes that "I have the right to review as a councilor and as a member of the Board, although the Mayor and the councilor refuse to let us prove them "
Mateos asks the Councilor of Limusa not to be nervous: "My hands are clean and my conscience is calm, and that is why I will reach the end.
That in the past there were things that were not done well does not justify that now continue to make mistakes and transparency does not shine by its absence. "
The candidate for Mayor of Lorca, Diego José Mateos has appeared this morning at the offices of the municipal cleaning company "Limusa" to see first hand if, as the councilor of Limusa says, were available all the documentation that Mateos requested and that, because he was denied access, the Socialist responsible had to resort to the Court.
"Indeed, there is no trace of the exams, no trace of the questions, nor a trace of the interviews of all the participants, about 800 people, who showed up for these selection processes," reports Mateos.
"They only keep, as we have been able to verify, the applications and files of those that were selected.
Of the rest, nothing at all. "
That is why Mateos will maintain the appeal filed against the Board of Directors for the lack of information and documentation.
Appeal that has already been admitted for processing by the Commercial Court No. 1, and whose hearing will be held on December 18.
Mateos recalls that he filed this appeal because he requested access and consultation of the complete dossiers of several selection processes "to have a position and be in a position to vote for or not" .. For that reason, remember, the PSOE nay.
"If today we could have seen the documentation that we have requested and that they denied us, I would not have had any problem in publicly apologizing to the Councilor of Limusa, and rectifying by withdrawing the presented resource," he assured.
"However, there being no trace of all the exams, all the files, the interviews and ultimately all the documentation we request, we are obliged to maintain this resource and continue until we are given the information that belongs to us" .
"If there are doubts in the process, they should be clarified", remarks Mateos, who asks the councilor of Limusa "not to be nervous".
It is unfortunate to see that to defend against this lack of information, the Mayor and the Councilor of Limusa eschew what happened 20 years ago.
"That in the past there were things that were not done well does not justify that now continue to make mistakes and transparency does not shine by its absence."
"My conscience and my hands are clean, so nothing will stop me until I get the information I asked for, all doubts are cleared and this process is clarified for the good of the public company and for the dignity of all the participants in these personnel selection processes ".
