The milk will come from milking through an ad-hoc system to the cheese industry, avoiding any possible contamination.
It is intended to make organic cheese since the plot and the livestock farm have the certification of organic farming.
The constructed area of the cheese factory will be 295 m².
The project foresees to improve the access to the construction of a concrete slab in the extensions of the nave and a connection with the livestock farm with a passage area by means of hydraulic tile pavement.
The investment for the construction of this cheese factory amounts to a total of € 90,000 and the start of the works is immediate.
