Abellán assures that the bonus of 50% of the IBI to those affected by the earthquakes of 2011 will be included in the General Budget Project of the State and urges Martínez Carrasco to demand his Parliamentary Group in the Senate to support them, and not to happen the same as with the expense ceiling.
The deputy spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Isidro Abellán wants to convey a message of tranquility, firstly to those affected by the earthquakes of 2011 and secondly to the Councilor of Finance of the City of Lorca regarding the approval of the bonus of 50% of the IBI for next year, since it ensures that "this bonus will be contemplated in the next Budget Project that the Government of Spain intends to approve in the near future", and that it expects to have the support of the rest of political forces.
In this sense, Abellán notes that the commitment of the Government of Spain and President Sánchez to Lorca affected by the earthquakes of 2011 "is still alive and is a priority as long as there are still Lorca who have not been able to return to their homes" , as it is the case, it indicates, of the neighbors of the District of San Fernando, that still they have not been able to do it by the continuous breaches of the Regional Government of Mr. López Miras "and urges to the Councilor of Property of the City council of Lorca, Mr. Martínez Carrasco, to "stop sowing uncertainty in this regard and focus your efforts to convince the representatives of your party in the Upper House not to block this Draft Budget, as has happened recently with the proposed increase of the ceiling of expenditure of 1.8%, vetoed in the Senate by the absolute majority of its party (PP) ".
