The project of the University of Murcia 17ODSesiones starts on Monday, March 4, the performances scheduled for the month of March, which will be dedicated to the goal of sustainable development of the UN 'End of poverty'.
The kick-off of the activities this month will take place in the Faculty of Sociosanitarias Sciences, in the Campus of Lorca.
The events scheduled for this Monday are:

Official inauguration of the month dedicated to the objective 'Zero Hunger'.

Conference.
'The contribution of Cáritas to the objective Zero Hunger'.
Speaker: Lázaro Caballero Fernández, director of Cáritas Interparroquial de Lorca.

Conference 'Benefits of organic food for the sustainability of the planet'

Food Justice Program
Speaker: Jordi Menéndez, from VSF Global Food Justice.
These activities are part of the ODSesiones project that the University of Murcia is developing to promote and raise awareness of the 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations.
Until April 2021, the University will dedicate one month to each of these objectives with outreach, play, training and solidarity activities.
The first month was February, which was dedicated to the goal 'End of poverty'.
