The City Council confirms that the decision to eliminate the old habits that the PSOE had in Limusa is irremovable, "there is no turning back, old Limusa is over" (05/03/2019)

Where before there were hiring "a finger", now we impose examinations, where before decided the politicians and their "friends", now technicians do without interference.

Limusa is of all Lorca and will never be the placement agency of any party.

On the statements made this morning by PSOE and C's, we are forced to deny that, contrary to what has been affirmed by these parties, neither this City Council nor the delegate councilor of Limusa have contributed witnesses on this issue.

In fact, except the head of the procedure, all the witnesses (including the councilman of Limusa) had to go to testify yesterday at the request of Mr. Diego José Mateos, who filed the complaint and, paradoxically, did not attend, but he was in charge to present as "star witness" Mr. Antonio Meca, who displayed his behavior and habitual ways.

It is a truly unlikely situation that confirms that the current mayor of citizens has resigned himself to turning his party into a puppet of the PSOE.

From Limusa it is also clarified that the applicants had the opportunity to consult their exams in the offices of the company where they were personally attended, even some took a photocopy of their test.

Only once the established deadline and the consultation period of the procedure have been exceeded was the treatment required by the Organic Law of Data Protection for personal and confidential documentation (DNI, driver's license, curriculum, exams ...)

All Lorca must know that the PSOE voted in favor of the processes of selection of human resources, but then, knowing the name of the people who had gotten their job, changed their vote.

Mr. Mateos has at his disposal the report cards and interviews of all the competitors.

We must remember that the process includes:

1 ° Elaboration of the bases and contents of the collaborative tests between the department heads, responsible for the selection process and the Secretary of the Board of Directors.

2 ° Publication of the company website and registration period of 15 days with registration.

3 ° Selection test of general and specific knowledge according to the bases.

4th Publication of the previous list of admitted and period of claims.

Publication of the definitive list of pre-selected ones (3 per place offered).

5 ° Interviews by a court composed, at least of Head of the service to which the place belongs, Head of Administration and / or representative of Administration of the company, and Secretary of the Board of Directors (representing the City of Lorca).

6th Hiring of the personnel selected for the places.

Those not selected are part of an employment exchange to cover prolonged losses.

The selection process incorporates social responsibility guidelines that are unique in public companies, favoring, in cases of equality in the process, persons in situations of preferential treatment contemplated by law or any other measure of socio-labor insertion, such as victims of violence of gender.
