Lorca, Friday, March 8 -.
Citizens has had knowledge today of the judicial decision regarding the trial that took place last Monday on the documents of the personnel selection processes of the public company Limusa.
Apparently the demand for a "defect of form" has been dismissed.
Antonio Meca has already explained these days that regardless of the judicial decision "it is up to this Alderman-Spokesman to ask for the corresponding political responsibilities that emanate from facts of extreme gravity, recognized and proven in court"
Recall that the above-mentioned facts refer to the examinations that were destroyed, thus preventing verification of the qualifications in the claims produced by applicants to those jobs, and whose evaluation was zero for all, did not count for the final grade, therefore the decision about the contracted workers was arbitrary and subjective.
According to Meca, "the political responsibilities fall directly on the Councilman of Limusa, Juan Francisco Martínez Carrasco, to whom we have asked for his resignation, and on Mr. Mayor Fulgencio Gil, to whom we have asked for the resignation of the Councilman if his resignation is not was produced on a voluntary basis "
