The Brotherhood of Farmers, Paso Azul will hold this Friday in the temporary exhibition hall of the Blue Museum of Holy Week a series of events to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of the recovery of the Procession of Paper by the young people of Paso Azul.
The program will start at 20:00 with a round table.
During it, there will be a brief review of the background of this magnificent children's procession and, through some of the protagonists of the different eras of the traditional parade, attendees will be able to discover anecdotes and stories of all kinds.
Next, a temporary exhibition will be inaugurated.
The exhibition, which will be available to the public throughout the weekend, will contain some of the most outstanding belongings of the young people of the Paper Procession, having pieces that have been present at the parade since 1999, the year in which the blues They recovered this magnificent activity alone.
From the Paso Azul and especially from its youth section, all Lorca are encouraged, be they of the brotherhood, to go to the MASS to see this exhibition that tries to value the efforts of many children and young people who work every year without rest to carry out a procession more and more similar to the one of "the majors".
In this sense, it is worth mentioning that a few months ago the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia recognized this work, awarding the 'participatory youth' prize to the Paper Procession as a whole.
