The deputy spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Isidro Abellán has demanded Mr. Martinez Carrasco to clarify immediately if the lands affected by the new court ruling "are the same in which the installation of a macro solar plant in Zarcilla de Ramos ".

Abellán says that "if they are the same, we ask ourselves why, during the negotiations with the company responsible for this project, this issue has not been used in order to negotiate and obtain a reduction, through an agreement with this company, that will reduce the amount to return ".

The mayor says that "we do not know what interests may be so that it has not been used, by the councilor of the Treasury and the Mayor, the installation of this solar plant to try to get a reduction in that debt."

For that reason, Abellán has declared that "we are going to entrust them to clarify, so we are going to request, the reasons why this question has not been taken advantage of in order to obtain a reduction, and so we are going to request it, as I say, the corresponding organs. "
