This measure opens a scenario of absolute tranquility and is a fundamental tool to complete the regeneration and renovation process that Lorca is experiencing and that has been a historic revulsive for the configuration of our municipal area ".
"Among the projects that will be executed thanks to the expansion we find strategic improvements such as section 3 of the Ronda, the regeneration of Santa Clara Avenue, the underground passage of San Antonio along with the urban renewal of this neighborhood and the reform of Jerónimo Santa Fe. The works being carried out thanks to the loan requested by CARM are essential for the recovery of Lorca after the earthquakes, today we have smart neighborhoods, better connected, accessible, with more meeting spaces and better facilities and services. they are quick works and for that reason this extension was necessary that will allow us to conclude projects of this magnitude and define the Lorca of the future in the present ".

The City Council and the Autonomous Community have worked tirelessly over the last few years to map out these fundamental projects that will be completed with investments like the ones mentioned above. The doomsayers who try to cast shadows on Lorca have once again been left without arguments and the strategic projects will continue to be forged in the coming months, completing in this way the route of the Ronda, the renovation of Santa Clara with the performances on the river, the underground passage of San Antonio or the renovation of Jerónimo Sante Fe, among other projects so necessary for Lorca ".
