Thanks to this survey, Lorca's preferences regarding aspects related to their service, such as receipt of paper invoices or suggestions regarding the possibility of improving the organoleptic properties of water (smell, color, flavor), characteristics that depend on the type of mineral substrate through which the water flows and that are often erroneously mistaken for 'quality', where tap water from Lorca far exceeds legal standards.
Likewise, the survey provides data regarding Lorca's knowledge of the company's online communication channels, such as its presence in the social network Twitter (@aguasdelorca) or the efforts of the Customer Service staff, who facilitate the administrative procedures avoiding unnecessary displacements or speeding up the face-to-face ones thanks to the previous appointment.
