The Association of Housewives, Consumers and Users of Lorca has presented the XXIX Cultural Week promoted by this group, which will be held from next day 27 to May 31.
The Housewives improve the programming of their Cultural Week year after year.
During 29 editions this group has been doing this traditional initiative with which all Lorca can enjoy shows of theater, musical performances, concerts, literary contests, dances and a wide range of activities that enrich the social fabric of our municipality.
The acts of this twenty-ninth edition of the Cultural Week of the Housewives, which are all held at the Teatro Guerra de Lorca, will begin on May 27 with the opening of said week by the Mayor of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, and the president of this Association, Carmina Reverte.
After that, David Iyú, professor at the Faculty of Sociosanitary Sciences of the Campus of Lorca, will give the lecture "Campus Universitario de Lorca, a trip to an intergenerational campus" and finally the Santa Cecilia Choir will perform.
On Tuesday, May 28 at 8:30 p.m., there will be a performance by the theater group "Que ser pas bien bien", which will stage the play "Más aca de hereafter", whose benefits will go to the International Telephone Association of Hope.
On May 29, Micky's performance will take place at 8:00 p.m.

On Friday, May 31, at 7:00 pm, the "XXIX Regional Literary Contest and IV National Contest" will be handed down with the corresponding awards and reading of the winning works.
