CSIF has asked the City Council of Lorca to clarify why payments are being made within the Local Police Headquarters for concepts, based on their day and functions, which we understand that it would not be appropriate to pay.
We denounce this possible irregular situation given, that of not having legal protection the referred fertilizers, this supposes to the municipal coffers the loss of a huge amount of annual money.
Money that belongs to the taxpayers of Lorca.
We demand explanations from the City Council in favor of the "principles of transparency and legality" in the face of citizens and other public employees, and where appropriate, the reimbursement of the amounts "unduly" paid, in addition to the purification of the appropriate responsibilities .
CSIF has learned that you can be paying productivity supplements for availability that involve a sum exceeding 1,000 euros per month and are incompatible with the perception of other concepts such as holidays, which are coming to pay 350 euros monthly (even on holidays), as well as 900 euros in Holy Week, and another 900 euros at Christmas, for special days that are singularized, this union does not have proof of its effective realization accredited in any way.
The City of Lorca has not given evidence to CSIF that this productivity has been approved, nor negotiated previously by any official channel.
Neither do we know the reasons that exempt certain public employees from justifying carrying out the festive and singularized days that they charge, nor the reason that they also collect them during their vacations.
