The Councilor for Culture of the City of Lorca, Agustín Llamas, has announced the opening of the second term to formalize the enrollment of the Municipal School of Music for the 2019/2020 academic year, aimed at new students who want to study their musical studies.

A total of 150 places are offered in the following specialties:

Music and Movement of 4, 5 and 6 years

Preparatory Musical Language 7 years

Musical Language from 8 years and without age limit

The enrollment period will be open between Wednesday 5 and Friday 14 June, and registrations can be made in the secretariat of the Municipal School of Music of Lorca, located on Calle Grecia, in the Gato area, from 8 am to 2 pm , as well as on the City Council's website, www.lorca.es.

Regarding the first term of enrollment for students who have studied in this course, the mayor has indicated that "260 enrollments have been made for the next academic year 2019/2020 in various vocal and instrumental specialties, which confirms the degree of knowledge of this School and its importance in the musical education of the children and youth of Lorca ".
