Agents of the Unit of Prevention and Local Operative Response (UPROL) have arrested a person who was in search and capture, claimed by a court in La Coruña, and seized 50 grams of hashish that was hidden inside his underwear.
The arrest was carried out on the 14th of this month as a result of one of the controls that have been carried out by the UPROL Unit in the urban area of ​​Lorca, actions aimed at the prevention of criminal acts.
In this device a vehicle was stopped, which when observing the police presence made an elusive maneuver to try to avoid said control, being able to be intercepted meters later.
Once stopped the vehicle, which was occupied by four people inside, it was found that on one of the occupants weighed an arrest warrant for being in search and capture, then proceeded to frisking the same intervening between his intimate parts two poses of hashish of 25 grams each one that was hidden.
Due to the aforementioned facts, the detainee was placed at the disposition of the National Police Force, which continues with the corresponding procedures to be made available to the Judicial Authority.
With this important detention it is confirmed, in addition to the withdrawal of substances that cause harm to Public Health, the constant preventive / operative work carried out by the Local Police of Lorca through the different units in which it is organized and through the devices of vigilance established throughout the municipality and coordination with the rest of the Security Forces of the Municipality.
