Pedro Sosa has asked for explanations from the responsible councilor, Francisco Morales (C's), who presumed to come to this City Council "to contribute his experience and management capacity".
However, the mayor of C's has been missing for the entire month of August.
In this regard, Sosa has asked himself in which company in this country a worker is granted a month of vacation that has joined his duties a month and a half before.
And he has asked Morales to explain if these are the criteria of private management that he intends to apply to a public administration.
Sosa, who recalled that Morales receives a supplement to collect the same as a councilor with exclusive dedication despite the fact that he combines his minutes with his work in the private company, has also shown his perplexity because, despite being the first lieutenant of Mayor, has not replaced the first mayor or a single day during his vacation.
"We do not understand that Diego José Mateos (PSOE) has led to having to be replaced in his duties by the second and the fourth deputy mayor, both of his party, and not by the supposed" vice mayor ", which seems that he only cares about titles and pasta, "said Sosa.
The spokesman for IU-Greens recalled that the paralysis in LIMUSA also obeys the "clumsiness" of Mateos, who sought to impose on the Board of Directors of this municipal company "an artificial majority and at its convenience."
"He knows, because he said it in his own investiture speech, that at the end of the time of the absolute majorities the negotiation began, but it seems that he has already forgotten," Sosa explained.
In that sense, Sosa trusts that on September 5, the date on which the General Meeting has been convened, "do take into account the reality that marks the arithmetic for the formation of this Council and its powers".
Meanwhile, the IU-Verdes spokesman demands that Morales "pick up the pick and shovel and get to work" because the situation of the municipality is becoming "desidious" in all areas of his competence that he demanded to govern with the PSOE
