The Councilor reported that "the individual, based outside the town, has been intervened with material that led to suspicion of use for illegal purposes, a vehicle for which he was not authorized to drive is Spain, as well as a false identity document for which he was transferred to the Police Station of Lorca accused of document falsehood. "
