An initiative launched by the Department of Celebrations under the motto: "For a fair without noise. A commitment to people with Autism Spectrum Disorder."
The Councilor of Celebrations of the City of Lorca, José Ángel Ponce, thanked the request made public this morning by the Popular Municipal Group, the launch of a space free of noise and lights at the Fair, a proposal that he described as "late ".
Ponce has announced that "this year will be launched, for the first time in the municipality, an initiative with which during the celebration of the Fair and Festivals of Lorca will ensure the tranquility of children with special needs thanks to a noise and light free schedule ".
The Edil has revealed that under the slogan "For a fair without noise. A commitment to people with Autism Spectrum Disorder" "on Thursday, September 26, there will be no 'noise and strident lights' at the fairgrounds.
One more commitment that this new government carries out, an initiative that we had been demanding for a long time since the opposition and that, now, we make reality so that all Lorca and Lorca, and also visitors, can enjoy our great Fair. "
Ponce Díaz has been puzzled to receive a request that "could have been launched during its 12 years of management" and wanted to highlight "the coincidence of the PP with a historic socialist proposal now that there are 15 days to go before the Fair" .
The Councilor said that "it is a proposal that, as always, is late as this new Government Team works from minute one, starting the necessary steps from the first week of our arrival to the government to make it possible this year and take into account, thus, the neglected and historical claims of fathers and mothers of children with special needs.
