This morning the mayor, Diego José Mateos, met with representatives of the organizations COAG Lorca, UPA and the Irrigation Community who will also attend to the victims who wish so in their facilities.
One of the measures taken, this morning, in the Plenary Session of the City Council of Lorca in its extraordinary celebration has been to enable an Office of Attention to those affected by torrential rains, which will be located in the municipal facilities of the Local Development Center (CDL) .
This office that will be attended by Local Development agents who have experience in management after the earthquakes of 2011 and the floods of 2012 will serve the neighbors from 9 to 13 hours and in these units will be responsible for channeling the aid, so how to solve the doubts that could arise to those affected by the floods, but also by the hail.
In addition to the meeting held with representatives of agricultural and livestock organizations, it has also been agreed that they may also make their facilities available to those affected, so that aid can be managed and the declaration of damage to agricultural and livestock farms in the facilities of COAG Lorca, on Calle Horno, 91, through the telephone 968 46 76 96 and email AIDS@coaglorca.org.
