• Mª del Carmen Ruiz: "for many strides that want to put, we will continue working to prevent the victims have to pay 7.5 million euros because of the passivity of a PSOE more concerned with defending his boss than the Lorca. "
The Lorca regional deputy, María del Carmen Ruiz, has publicly denounced this morning that the PSOE has boycotted that the Regional Assembly debates the proposal of the PP in which the current central government of Pedro Sánchez is requested to respect the bonus of 50% of the IBI for those affected by the earthquakes of 2011.
The situation we experienced yesterday was a gruesome.
Attendees to the Board of Spokespersons were stunned by the PSOE's commitment to specifically block the IBI issue to those affected by the earthquakes.
It was a mania that none of those present understood and that shows a deep nervousness within that party, which has made them fall into a tremendous mistake, and demonstrating how little they are interested in those affected by earthquakes.
Thus, from the PP we want to transfer our feeling of outrage at this obsession to hinder and block the processing of our proposal on the IBI bonus.
We must remember that more than a month ago we introduced this issue for discussion in the plenary of the Regional Assembly, with the objective of having it discussed at the first session to be held.
This matter does not admit delays or delays, since the City Council has to turn the receipts to Lorca and time is running out.
Therefore, we requested that it be channeled through an urgent procedure, which required the unanimity of parliamentary political groups.
Ruiz Jódar has explained that the motion deserved the unanimous support of all the groups for their urgent procedure, however, next we find the unpleasant surprise that Diego Conesa, who had voted yes to the emergency, broke the existing unanimity with the objective of preventing the motion from being debated at the first plenary session of the Assembly.
The Regional Deputy of Lorca has indicated that "we are concerned about the inaction of the PSOE with this matter, although it is a measure that condemns Lorca to pay 7.5 million euros, but what we think is unpresentable is that over now We try to block those who do want to solve the issue.
Ruiz Jódar has advanced that despite the strides of the PSOE we will continue to demand that the victims not be removed from this bonus.
Our measure also includes that the central government complies with Lorca and sends the 3 million euros for works in districts that still owes Lorca today.
From the Popular Party the current central government of the PSOE is required to approve by Decree Law, something you can do today if you want, the extension of the bonus of 50% of the IBI, as well as the agreement for 3 million euros to works in districts and the cancellation of interests to the recipients of aid.
