Ángel Meca has requested that many of Campillo's own neighbors are unaware that the demarcation project has been drafted for a long time, and they want to consult it
The Deputy Spokesman of the Popular Party in the City of Lorca, Angel Meca, has requested the current local government to disseminate with greater publicity and through all municipal media the content of Royal Decree Law 11/2019 dated September 20, which establishes and regulates the help lines established by the State with the objective of addressing the damages that citizens suffered due to the effects of heavy rainfall that occurred between September 12 and 15 in the area of the Spanish east.
Ángel Meca has stated that our main concern is the neighbors affected by these rains, with special attention to the accumulations of water registered in the hamlet of Campillo, and the serious damages that they also suffered in Almendricos, La Listen, La Campana, Pozo Higuera, Purias and Aguaderas by the heavy hailstorm that damaged homes, farms, crops, vehicles and all kinds of equipment during the early hours of Friday to Saturday.
We believe that these people must have all the facilities to have access to the aforementioned Royal Decree, and that from the City Council they must be given much more publicity so that everyone knows it.
In any case, we must bear in mind that the lines of aid are manifestly insufficient and only address a part of the problem, since any request related to the construction of the hydraulic infrastructures necessary to face the periodic episodes of forts has been excluded. rainfall recorded in our municipality.
The Deputy Spokesman of the Municipal Municipal Group has indicated that the affected neighbors themselves are the ones who turn to us to request information about the aid, in addition to transferring the problems that are also arising with the insights of the insurance, an issue that already we refer from the PP in the extraordinary plenary held in the City Council where we demand "flexibility and understanding" by the Ministry of Economy and Business within the actions to be developed by the Insurance Compensation Consortium.
Ángel Meca has announced that from the Popular Party the Segura Hydrographic Confederation has been demanded to publish immediately the project of demarcation of the Rambla de Biznaga, since there are innumerable requests transferred by the residents of the area.
In fact, the vast majority of neighbors are unaware that such a document exists, and when they hear that it has been written, they do not understand why it has not been given the publicity it deserves.
Given these facts, we claim that, since good work has been done to prepare the demarcation project, with the participation of the CHS technicians, this document is accessible to anyone who wants to consult it.
We ask that it be published on the Internet to facilitate all of Lorca's knowledge, it is logical that instead of being stored in a drawer, it is accessible to all, and that is what they have to do as soon as possible.
