The Councilor for Citizen Security of the City of Lorca, José Luis Ruiz Guillén, together with the Local Police Chief of Lorca, José Antonio Sansegundo, have taken stock of the police actions carried out during the celebration of the Fair and Festivities of Lorca 2019.
Ruiz Guillén has announced that "the special security device launched during these ten days of Feria and Fiestas de Lorca is settled with a minimum balance of actions. And, in total, 57 aid has been carried out, they have been produced 23 accidents and four alcoholemias ".
The Mayor of Citizen Security has stated that "there have been 25 crimes that have occurred: ten robberies; two thefts; two crimes against road safety (DSV); two for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages (CIBA) and nine per violation of the Aliens Law ".
José Luis Ruiz Guillén has detailed that "in total, there have been 15 arrests. Two for crimes against road safety (DSV); another two for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages (CIBA); nine for violation of the Aliens Law ; one by order of search and capture and another by resistance and attack on the authority. "
As for the relationship of complaints by the coexistence ordinance, the councilor has reported "18 complaints for urination in places not enabled for it; one for dirtying the public road; another for noise production; five complaints to 'gorrillas', 12 for drugs and 34 submitted to the Provincial Traffic Department. In addition, there have been 16 complaints for breach of Law 4/15 of March 30 on security protection. "
José Luis Ruiz Guillén explained that "in total, 44 controls carried out by the Local Police have been carried out, to which 11 more are added in collaboration with the Civil Guard and another with the National Police. Controls that produced the request for 290 identifications and 167 controlled vehicles. "
The mayor has shown that "in addition, as planned, to ensure safety also in the districts of Lorca due to the assistance to the different events scheduled on the occasion of the fair, there have been 83 vigilances in districts such as Tercia, Cazalla , Torrecilla, Marchena, Campillo or Purias. "
Ruiz Guillén recalled that "it has been a special device that has had three operational control and surveillance areas by the Local Police; the urban center with public squares and streets where the 'Day Fair' was taking place; as well as Alamedas, public spaces and itineraries to the Fairgrounds and Huerto de La Rueda itself with surveillance both inside and nearby. "
