The Deputy Spokesman of the Popular Party in the City of Lorca, Ángel Meca, has informed that "when the meeting of the Limusa Board of Directors has ended we have learned that the City Council had sent a press release, and even a voice cut, while the session was taking place, this documentation has been sent to all the media by order of who intended to be CEO of the company, Paco Morales, there was never a lack of respect like this towards the members of the Board of Directors , it’s an insult. We’re really dumbfounded and we demand an explanation from the Mayor, since they have violated all the principles of responsibility and privacy. Based on what happened at the meeting of the Board of Directors of Limusa, from the Popular Party we are assessing the actions to undertake, which will be announced when we specify them.

Ángel Meca has affirmed that what the Lorca people want is that the city is clean, not that a manager be appointed to pay a "paycheck" to do the work that Paco Morales has to do as Councilor of Limusa.

We already said this at the time, and that is why we have opposed such an error.

What Paco Morales has to do is work, not look for another person who works for him.

From the PP have stressed that all Lorca are clear that Limusa can continue to function without any problem, here the only thing that is blocked with the vote in this regard of all opposition political groups is the appointment of Mr. Morales as CEO of the company.

It is clear that this general rejection constitutes a reproach of Paco Morales as head of Limusa, something that the Mayor must reflect on.

We are aware that Mr. Morales is pressing the Mayor to get him appointed CEO of Limusa, but we will not allow those tensions to be suffered by the rest of Lorca.

It is evident that the political leadership of Limusa is a chaos because of the current local misgovernment, and that is being reflected in increasingly dirty streets, a reality that citizens move us day by day.
