The PP maintains its claim that the requests made by those affected are fulfilled, since they even represent a saving compared to the original plan

The Councilor for Development in the City of Lorca for the Popular Party, Angel Meca, has complained to the current central government that fulfills the commitment expressed to those affected by the layout of the AVE constituted in the Villaespesa Soterrada platform, and processes to immediately form the Working Table for the modification of the Totana Lorca AVE project.

Ángel Meca explained that the government delegate promised to launch this Mesa at the same time when the construction works for the Totana-Lorca section were awarded, something that happened 2 weeks ago.

All administrations have to be aware of the deep concern that exists among the victims affected by the serious conditions on housing and other private goods that the AVE plan that the central government plans to carry out, therefore we demand that the implementation in March of this Table is done with the speed that the neighbors deserve.

The Work Table has to be integrated, as it was committed, by technicians of Adif, Delegation of the Government and the Municipal Political Groups of the City of Lorca, and its objective is to achieve the modification of the overpasses projected by the central government , which have to be replaced by other underground.

That claim is already the whole society of Lorca, and from there we will not move.

Ángel Meca has indicated that those affected by the layout of the AVE have moved if they are worried about the delay in the formation of this Bureau, since they already know that the works have been awarded and, therefore, the time has come to get down to the work to modify the constructive proposal.

We must also take into account that it is imminent for the winning company to undertake the previous work, a process in which the changes requested by the victims must be introduced and we fully support.

The Councilor for Development for the PP has also denounced that the uncertainty that the Ministry of Development is generating in our region is being exponentially raised due to the continuous delays to which it is subjecting the Popular Party plans for the arrival of the AVE to Lorca.

A new episode in this chain of marginalization that the PSOE is developing in this regard is that even today the technical assistance for the drafting of the project of the underground railroad tracks in its section through the urban area of ​​the municipality continues.

There is a "slowdown" by the PSOE against the arrival of the AVE, and this can not continue.

To this is added the fact that they still do not explain what is happening with the "curious" case of the Totana-Totana section, which continues without any solution despite the fact that the rest of the sections are gradually coming forward.
